I know that we most certainly get our fair share of state run propaganda shoved down our throats here in the US but you tend to get a lot more cool-aid crammed down the throats of the shepple in a country run by a quasi-dictator like Putin.

Since Feb. 24, Moscow has further restricted access to foreign media and social media, and made it a criminal offence to publish reports about the armed forces that deviate from official statements”.
Yes, I’d imagine there is more to the story but the one constant that holds true throughout time is that money speaks. If you don’t believe the West’s version of the story, just take a quick glance at the $MOEX (Russian stock market), which has plunged to 1/4th of the value it was before the invasion & still falling with no signs of a bottom at this time. Money talks & it’s hard to argue with Europe’s dependence on Russian oil & gas.
