No, a bull trap occurs when a breakout above a well-watched support level occurs, causing a lot of longs (bulls) to buy but then realize shortly afterwards that they were wrong when the breakout fails.

While QQQ moved above my 3rd target zone on the 60-min chart, I wouldn’t consider that a very significant, well-watched breakout & more importantly, both QQQ & /NQ ran smack into the 38.25 Fib retracement of the move down off the March 30th major reaction high (which was also T3 on my /NQ 60-minute chart); hence, a simple rally into & rejection off resistance with negative divergences in place.
