Money creation/&quot;money printing&quot; is simply when credit is created in the commerical banks and extended to businesses and individuals - there hasn&#039;t been meaningful growth in credit to the real economy apart from Uncle Sam&#039;s direct stimulus which will not continue indefinitely.]]></description>
