Randy has stated in other videos that he expects it to go pretty fast (a few weeks or even a few days). He was adamant that the confluence of moving averages was going to be heavy resistance today, but in pops trillions. I'm sure the big boys are looking at the same charts.

I wonder if anyone can even estimate the market. Tons of government money in, huge unemployment & lost spending out. It almost seems like the government money in is greater than lost production due to corona. There's a lot of moving parts though.

Agree. There's a lot of opportunities every day in this market. Having your money sitting still in one trade hoping that the government or fed isn't going to do anything crazy is a little unnerving. Two weeks in this market is like two months in some markets.

Randy. Agree with your analysis. I'm by training a primary care physician, some clinic and some ED. This virus issue is with us until the vaccine comes out next year. End of discussion.

@rsotc or anyone else... When markets finally turn over and start the next leg down, do you expect them to fall as fast and hard as when the bear market started? Or do you expect it to rebound for a day or two every time it hits a significant support level?

Thank you for sharing your expertise Randy. You are a much more experienced and knowledgeable trader than I am and I appreciate your insights. Especially with the current media blitz it is easy to question a net short position (i fought thru the urge and added to my shorts today). Please continue to do your best to maintain your convictions and to communicate them freely on this site. As you know, to be on the right side of the chart, somebody else needs to be on the wrong side :)

Regarding the virus, I was surprised to see a slow down in the rate of growth this soon in hotspots like NY. While that is good news, I agree that the inevitable economic impact is not priced into this week’s surge in prices...

Thanks Randy. Yesterday's videos convinced me to go short today at <abbr class='c2c-text-hover' title='High-Of-Day: The highest trading price for a security for the current trading session as of that point.'>HOD</abbr>. This video has convinced to hold my ground thru all the ups and downs today.
Do we hold 275 ? 2 day VWAP acting as support (2:59 PM EST)
