Hey Randy, this is my acb chart and I'm already seeing a breakout, would there be any reason why the breakout that I'm seeing would be invalid?

I’m expecting the QQQ to test the 50MA (350.31) before taking out the 200MA (367.21) based on the meteoric last six days. Not sure exactly who’s pumping billions into the Tech trade but it certainly isn’t the Fed any longer … I’ve learned the hard way not to fight the Fed! At this point I think we can nickname the Fed “Gravity” !

Randy, if QQQ gets a close above the 20 ema on the weekly chart (about 359.08) this correction is over in my view and that is my line in the sand between being short and long. I still stand by my earlier comments on a trend line from the covid lows to last Fridays highs (Peter from Stock Market Cycles pointed this out) and an upper trend line that defines a down channel with fibs acting as support. Today appears to be the "fake break" above both of those trend lines (with a touch of the 200 ema) that usually marks a trend change that will result in a fast reversal of a failed breakout. That's my thesis anyway and I'm sticking to it :). I think it's complementary to your analysis using divergences. Sure, hope I'm right, Lol.

In reply to ddodd100.

Thx, I wasn't aware but just closed out my position at 1.13 based on the buyout. Latest article I saw states: "In an all-stock transaction, common stockholders of Marrone Bio (MBII) will receive 0.088 of a share of Bioceres Crop Solutions (BIOX) for each share of MBII common stock held. The merger is expected to close during the third calendar quarter of 2022."

Here's my daily chart of BIOX which looks like it could run if it can take out the 16.28ish resistance level with conviction. Thanks again for sharing. I'll consider the trade closed out here & will post an update or cover MBII in the next video.
