Thx for the heads up although I'd really like to see ACB take out the 3.71 price resistance plus this downtrend line that comes in just above.

I just took a look & agree that both of the trendline draws you mention appear to be valid. It would help to further valid that uptrend line off the covid lows if the $NDX gets rejected on this backtest. Thx for sharing.

Market could continue to climb but regarding primary (trend) positioning, personally I wouldn't go long with the S&P 500 & Nasdaq 100 below their 200-day moving averages as there is a very good chance they, especially the $NDX will be rejected off at least the initial attempt to regain the 200-day MA's

I have redrawn important trend lines on NQ that seem to be more representative of what is happening. 1) The new uptrend line goes from the March 2020 covid lows to the top of last Friday's candle high. It fits nicely there with many reactions. Makes clear that the rally last week was only re-testing the trend line from below. 2) The falling wedge is redrawn as a falling channel. This new top channel trend line along with the main uptrend line are providing resistance. Two important fib levels are also intersecting in this area, 38.2% from the move down from the market highs and 23.6% fib from the covid low to market highs. Candles are being pinched into resistance with the fibs, trend lines and moving averages. A very slight fall from here could be a quick move down to the bottom trend line making a new lower low. My take anyway.
