Shoot, sorry I didn’t see this until today. That’s the 2nd or 3rd time the screen capture software uploaded the previous video instead of the one I just recorded.

If a copy was saved on my PC before I closed the app I’ll repost it or I’ll just do another update today.

Looks like SPY and QQQ might break 200 SMA today (03/02). Depends on todays close price.

AAPL and MSFT clearly rejected 200 SMA. GOOGL is making bear flag and at critical rising weekly trend line that began since 2004.

Most semi conductors stocks look like they are making a bear flag too!
Looks like this is the very moment all the Bears are waiting for since October of last year!

Good call on Telsa, easy 5%. better to be timely than good.

S&P 500 will hit the 200MA tomorrow around the open. This is make or break for the current rally. If it breaks we could see another 4% drop

In reply to trade0039. I like bearish plays in XLRE, but the stocks you listed to back up your analysis are not in XLRE. XLRE is comprised of REIT stocks. Whereas the stocks you listed are all homebuilder stocks and you'll find all of them in the ITB etf. Both ITB and XLRE do look bearish, though.

Hello! wanted to share some of my trade ideas here…

I am buying DRV which is inverse leveraged ETF of XLRE.

Reason:-
i. Interest rate is poised to go higher.
ii. Broke the rising Trend line on Daily
iii. Most of the stocks such as LEN, KBH, TOL and PHM are forming text book Bear Flag.
iv. Risk to reward can be set to 1:4
v. Bearish Divergence on Hourly
