Only the most nimble & experienced traders should try to actively trade around an FOMC announcement IMO & even then, probably best to stand aside until the post-FOMC noise (volatility with sharp up & down spike) abates.

Swing & trend traders should have a plan in place that aligns with their outlook for the market leading into the FOMC announcement: Bears looking to add short exposure could short rips into resistance while those bullish could position long on pullbacks to support. I will continue to highlight those levels going forward & as well as before the announcement tomorrow.

No, still looks like more downside in the coming weeks+ but just looking to game the zigs & zags of a counter-trend bounce that started at yesterday’s lows when T1 on QQQ was hit.
