REMX put in a divergent high with what appears to be a potential buying climax (near vertical run into the recent high on a very large volume spike) when it hit & briefly overshot T6. As such, I’d say that the recent rally is most likely the first counter-trend rally within a larger downtrend, with more to come. However, my convictions aren’t high enough to short it so if you’re longer-term bullish on REMX and already have a position, just make sure to have a stop (or staggered stops) & don’t get married to it.

If looking to buy or add on a pullback, 67.00 & then 63.80ish would be the first two decent support levels with T5 & T4 after that. Here’s my updated daily chart:
