I’ve tried my best to warn of the difficulties & “whippyness” of trading around the holidays. Sorry to hear & FWIW, I’ve taken a few licks recently & if it weren’t for the website & doing my best to keep the trade ideas & analysis flowing for subscribers, I’d have been taking a lot more time off between Thanksgiving & New Years.

Not really. Sometimes I’ll take trades that I don’t mention on the site but not that I’m “keeping the good ones for myself”, simply I might see something that I take, such as a breakout on something that I suddenly came across but it rips too fast to offer an objective entry by the time I could get a post out. I also take a TON of day trades that aren’t posted as it is basiscally impossible to follow a day trader.

By “keeping thing light” I generally mean fewer trades than usually, smaller position sizes (in some/most cases), and being a little more selective on the trades I take. I’ll still pass along trade setups & actionable trade ideas, whether or not I might take them, and let you guys decide which, if any, fit your trading style, objective, outlook for that security, etc..
