Yes. With today being the last day of the month (window dressing & all) coupled with the fact that SPY & QQQ are quite overbought with divergences on the 60-minute futures & at very significant resistance (the latter developments greatly increasing the odds that any breakout will prove to be a false breakout), I plan to sit tight today unless I see something very compelling. Another consideration is the fact that, at least as of now, the risk-off assets (gold & Treasuries) are not buying (they have been dismissing) the recent rally in equities. If I had seen (or maybe I will staring today) a rush out of T-bonds & gold, that might indicate that the smart money believes that it is now safe to get back in the water (stock market) and they are unloading their risk-off trades to redeploy those funds back into stocks. I'll see what happens today but it would take something extremely compelling to close out my swing shorts before the 3-day weekend.

Hadn't noticed but thanks for pointing that out. What indicator or metric were you using to gauge the A-D? An hourly A-D line on one of the indexes or something else?

Note: For whatever reason, I will often mistakenly refer to oversold as overbought & vice versa. Just noticed I was doing that when covering /NQ around the 14-minute mark.
