Trades like this one (because KHC is a blue chip stock that has already been beaten down vs. many stocks just coming off extreme all-time highs), as well as those ag commodity trades, really make sense in the current market environment where growth stocks are being taken to the woodshed. Hope this one pans out for you as well & I’ll try to find some others like it.

No, it is not an issue but it sure was (emphasis on the past tense, was) an issue back in February when that headline first hit the press with the stock losing about 45% since the Feb highs. Not sure if there is a more recent issue of KHC missing another deadline for a regulatory filing but if so, that that would most likely already be fully priced into the stock.

With that being said, as with any trade, this one will either work out or not. If not, my stop will be hit & I’ll move on to the next one.

I’m being a little extra selective on adding official long trade ideas due to the strong downtrend in the market right now but also being careful with new shorts due to the oversold conditions, the proximity of the indexes to support & the 60-minute bullish divergences that are still intact for now.
However, I’d like to add several more Growth & Income Trade ideas for longer-term investors looking for some relatively stable long positions that will help reduce volatility & price swing in a portfolio compared to growth stocks such as tech stocks, AMZN, etc.
