That is a perfect observation and the answer is that we need to take Randy’s context in mind. Everything is is timing He Has 3 time frames he talks about. Short, intermediate, and longer term. Here you’re talking about the short term so it makes sense that that could change overnight. What I find Helps is what time frame is he actually talking about here. Then take his ideas and act on them in a timely manner.

Sure. Here’s my 60m chart of /NG. It has just made a slight overshoot of the downtrend line off the highs but ran smack into pretty significant resistance. Personally, I’m giving my /NG short some room & sitting tight for now but with each tick above the horizontal price resistance levels (as well as a solid 60-min candle close above this downtrend line), the case to remain short starts to get chipped away so I will start to scale out if it goes much above that 8.93ish resistance level.

could you do a quick analysis and update on Nat Gas, as you are likely aware – it has shot up past the downtrend line and currently at 8.75 and hit major resistance. i am interested in your thoughts of probable price movement, the likelihood of hitting 7.5 and have you closed your Nat Gas positions since the break through of the down trend line?

I am trying to work out what to do with my short positions as it appearing very bullish now
