Quite often I will have a fundamental opinion on a stock, commodity or other security I am trading but at this time, I don’t have any fundamental opinion on coffee. Purely a technical play and from my experience, I’ve found the articles that make a bullish or bearish case for coffee (due to supply surplusses/shortages, weather patterns affecting crops, etc..) to be either so dated that they are no longer applicable (i.e. the bullish or bearish news has already been priced into the charts/price of coffee) or even outright misleading, as in a pump or dump piece published to influence traders against the position that smart money has already taken.
