G-luck on AMD & the others if you re-enter those trades this week. Hard to say whether on not we’ll get any more upside on Monday or not but I can say that SPY also closed Friday at a divergent high on the 60-minute time frame & still has negative divergence out on the daily, weekly & monthly time frames so the large caps are also confirming what appears to be an imminent pullback in the small caps.

Possible but from the look of the charts & how ripe those bearish chart 60-minute chart formations on both IWM & so many top components appear ready to pop, I’d be surprised if a reversal in IWM hasn’t already started before the FOMC announcement at 2pm ET on Wednesday. Again, that’s certainly a possibility & that could mesh well with the scenario that I mapped out showing the possibility that IWM breaks below the minor uptrend line that it closed this Friday, then bouncing on the initial tag of the larger trendline/bottom of 60-minute wedge to make on last high within the wedge before breaking down. However, my best guess is that we start to see some profit taking in the small caps before Wednesday’s rate decision.

Are you sure you meant short TZA? That would mean go long IWM in a 3x leveraged vehicle at a time when IWM is at historic highs, overbought on a multitude of timeframes and overextended from its’ moving averages.
