I believe Randy mentioned in a couple videos that the pattern is a bottoming pattern. Not a continuation pattern so likely not significant at this early stage. But we’ll keep an eye on it and always keep an open mind.

"Heavy two-way volatility is normal. While I think there’s a decent chance that we’re morphing into a bear market, I don’t think it’s imminent and based on the extremes we discussed in October, I think we’ll see a multi-month recovery before possibly rolling over into something more serious. The kinds of readings we saw in October almost always led to that kind of recovery even during bear markets."

Seriously Randy, you need to get a subscription to sentimentrader.com. Jason is one of the best in the business.

Hey Randy , Great video and info .
Aren't Reverse Head & Shoulders patterns less important when they occur near an all time high ? More important if they come at the end of a long downturn . Anything can happen.
      Thanks for all the help.

Randy, great info as usual. You mentioned thinking it would be a slow grind down over a few years, but said you didn’t want to get into it in this video. I for one would love to hear your thoughts on this when you have time. Cheers!
