Again, I know how tough this situation can be. But I think you already know the right decision. Whats the point looking for comfort in Randy’s analysis.. didnt this analysis play a role in you getting here in the first place? I have been through extraordinary failure in trading.. am not ashamed to say it.. it taught me more about myself than anything else. But I would recommend one truth for you to keep at the top of your mind during times like this – no matter how bad things get in trading, there are way more important things in life.

Gold and Bitcoin perked up early in the year as two other “safety” assets to shield portolios in a slowing economy, but they moved too much too fast and are likely even more interest rate sensitive than big tech stocks.
It’s a year of rotation out of everything that worked in 2022 and back into mega-cap tech. The AI revolution trade is just an add-on to the mega-cap tech trade, as stocks like NVDA show more future growth than the rest of the FAANMGs combined. Future growth with healthy balance sheets and low debt: that is what you call the safest place to be in an uncertain economy, especially when all of these names became so widely under-owned after the 2022 decline. Not until actual recession will this mega-cap and AI revolution trend come to some kind of an end. Until then, I’m hoping for a summer swoon to finally begin buying into the most hated rally of all time.

But based on Randy’s TA, sounded like Semis were due for tank so I didn’t want to miss on that
