Other than a straight short on SLV (silver ETF), /SI (silver futures), one could buy ZSL (Proshares ultrashort silver ETF, which I believe is a -2x leveraged short ETF & there might be some other inverse ETFs out there. DUST (-2x gold miners) is another (indirect but highly correlated) option.
