RSP is in the middle of its downward channel. The daily chart shows bullish PPO crossover as of today and it’s also at its 200EMA. Last time it was at the 200EMA was at the bottom of the range and the touch of that EMA took it to the top of the channel. I reckon we’ll get the same reaction, a bounce to the top of its channel before the next leg down. This will probably help lift the overall markets.

Hopefully this mid day sell off is the last for a while. If not then yup, just not enough buyers as rallies just seem to fade to easily. Tough tough market to trade in. Need a huge rally from here so we’ll see. Good luck to everyone!

I have several Mag 8 stocks breaking out above 60-minute downtrend lines today following divergent lows. “Should” be the catalyst for a decent rally & if not, there just aren’t enough buyers in the market at this time vs. sellers but as of now, I still think my ~7% bounce target in QQQ has a decent shot of being hit.

at the open this morning was a good time to buy the dip for a good day trade. Bought some IWM, SPY and sold a QQQ PUT. Have enough Q’s at the moment.
