In reply to jikideki. I do like gold better than silver right now mainly because gold is the king of flight-to-safety assets and tends to catch more of a bid during periods of market volatility & corrections. I'll make a point to update silver asap.

+1 for Silver. I also went long of Platinum at $800 over night after nearly 12% pull back to prior support – any discussion there would also be appreciated!
