Once you zoom in on the chart, click & hold the left mouse button to ‘grab’ the chart & then pan it around to the part you want to see.

You should be able to click on any of the charts to open in a new window & from there, if you have a scroll-wheel on your mouse (highly recommended) or a touch-pad you should be able to zoom the chart in & out.
LMK if that is not working for you & if so, are you using a PC or Mac & what browser.
