Honestly, I think the Fed has been borderline criminally neglect in how the they continued to aggressive maintained their ZIRP & other extreme stimulative policies long after it was crystal clear that the economy was overheated & with inflation exploding (as easily & simply seen by looking at commodity prices & the housing market, long before the lagging & under-reported CPI numbers come thru).

I've said this dozens of time for years, even decades now: They Fed is always being the curve & completely reactive, hardly ever proactive. The crash warnings I issued recently are still very much in effect. No guarantee but the conditions remain ripe for a very powerful & swift drop in the markets.

Just posted a video. Another check mark for the bears so far today so if we hold today's losses into the close, that certain increase the odds that we may start the next leg of waterfall selling soon, most likely next week.

Randy, according to the Fed's website, there is going to be an unplanned emergency meeting on Monday. I guess it's finally sinking in how ridiculous they look still doing <abbr class='c2c-text-hover' title='Quantitative easing (QE) is a type of monetary policy used by central banks to stimulate the economy when standard monetary policy has become ineffective.'>QE</abbr>. I think the recent comments by Larry Summers is getting to them. Watch out for the fireworks!
