Sometimes you lose. I’ve done more than my fair share. Only thing to do is make the best decision moving forward and learn what could have been done differently.

Per what Randy teaches, there was 1 good times to buy in November, on the 30th. it would have been aggressive, but a divergent low formed. Another time to buy would have been Dec 13th when another divergent low was triggered.

Either of those buys would have been very profitable assuming you exited when the 50 day moving average was hit or the price dropped below the trendline. This would have locked in a 34% gain from a Nov 30th at the close purchase.

Going forward, I know it’s painful to sell a loser and see it rise afterward. However, you have to remember that while you are waiting in SOXS you are not taking other, potentially more profitable, trades with that money.

I think it will likely hit 200-SMA for QQQ and /NQ. The important thing here is will it touch 200-sma and move lower? We are overbought now but the move in QQQ/NQ/SPY/ES is so strong.

the 200dma is a little higher than the resistance line
