Did Randy skip NatGas because he floated back to the equity markets he had already covered at the beginning? Am I the only one killing it in NatGas?

The market is always right however if their goal is to get back to 2% inflation they got a long way to go… One thing about the government if they say 1 thing they mean the opposite. Last week They said they had to keep raising rates and now this…

@rsotc - Great video. Many crosscurrents after today and I think you highlighted a lot of them - both technical with some macro mixed in. The Fed has made it crystal clear - they're heading above 5% and raising the dot plot next month. Terminal Rate yet to be determined. Today's CPI numbers were not even in the ballpark for them to backtrack on those statements. Further upside in the short term up to those top TLs isn't out of the question. It's a little over a month before the next Powell dose of reality, as you mentioned. We could keep running up into the Dec Fed announcement if we add another 1-2% from here. The next couple days will be pivotal. We also have the November VX expiry on Wednesday and options expiration next Friday. Those have to be factored into all of this.

In reply to KevinK. I took loses as well but luckily I had took a Nov 11 call position which helped level put the loses from my short positions but still took loses as well brother u not thebonly one and they didn't really give anyone a chance to enter the market eother

I got my face ripped off. However still well positive for the YTD. Keep in mind in 2020 we were still feeling the fed put to make everything happy happy happy.
This is no longer the case. Just wish I entered my shorts later that early today. Uncle fed is not going to tske foot off the brakes until inflation down to 2-4. We have a long way to go and as Rtc says, there is likely to be some casualties emerging.

In reply to KevinK. I had a starter position for a possible downside slide, but also had other items such as commodities and gold and silver, so it was not bad. It could have been to the downside just as easy as it was to the upside and stops were in place to protect my risk,
