Because of the decay & tracking error suffered by UGAZ, I find it best to use the charts of /NG futures, even if trading UGAZ or DGAZ. /NG has been testing the 2.168 support for a while now & is currently trading just a hair below it with the positive divergences still intact for now.

Basically, my convictions aren’t very high right now so take it FWIW but it does seem like UGAZ or /NG offers an objective long entry here around support with a stop somewhat below. Also, keep in mind that due to the 3x leverage & extreme volatility of natural gas, UGAZ is likely to suffer from decay & lose value even if nat gas were to continue to test the 2.168 support level for a few more weeks or longer. Here are my 60-minute charts of /NG & UGAZ.
