It is currently undergoing major debt refinancing with MS,WF.GS BAC of 810 million on the 6/15/2026 for the financing of Ai Data centers for Amazon.This may cause some significant short term volatility around this time frame. BTW. Not only does this stock ready to break it’s uptrend as Randy points out but also breaking below a head and shoulders pattern with a MM back to 15.50 price level Nice setup!! Good Luck!

It’s really about $BTC, which is still holding right on or a hair above my 58,630ish target/support, with the “potential” positive divergences still in place. If/when 58600 goes with conviction, especially if the divergences are ‘burned through’ with the indicators taking out the previous lows, Bitcoin & MSTR should take the next leg down to my next price targets.

I think if the stock market really takes it on the chin, with especially QQQ & SPY clearly dropping back down below their 200-day MA’s, then the “margin-call-induced” unwind trade I’ve been warning about will begin to kick in, thereby sparking a vicious cycle of forced selling in the risk-on assets like tech stocks & Bitcoin.

For now, just watching to see how $BTC resolves this test of support.
