G-luck but don't get married to the trade. The equity markets are testing (and starting to crack) below those support levels highlighted earlier today that will trigger sell signals if taken out.
I also posted a short trading opp on AAPL in the Swing Trading group within trading rooom today as well. Should that play out, then it will take the market down with it and most likely crude as well since crude is correlated to the stock market.

Will do. When I have a fair degree of confidence that a stock or ETF is setting up for a multi-week or multi-month rally or correction, I will usually post that as an official swing or trend trade idea. I will also post active trading ideas (those that might only last a few days or so) in the Charts I'm Watching & other home page posts throughout the day although most of the active trading ideas, especially the day trade ideas, are posted in the trading room.
I try to differentiate between the two (active trading vs. typical swing trading ideas) but don't hesitate to ask me to clarify my thoughts regarding the time frame for any trade ideas that I post if you are unsure.

I'm not adding /ES or SPY as official trades yet, as my confidence in the near-term direction isn't high enough. However, as an unofficial trade (or really any trade for that matter), you should consider using an attractive R/R of at least 2:1 and ideally, 3:1 or better.
As such, just take the difference of your entry price to your price target, divide that by 2 (or 3) and then add that number to your entry price to determine your stop using a 2:1 (or 3:1 R/R).

Not really. /NG moves fast & usually very fast immediately following the weekly report. I just posted a chart in the comments under this post that /NG has just broken down below the wedge so technically a sell signal although the report is either going to build on this morning's pullback (so far) or undo it along with that sell signal.
Usually, although far from always, the technical posture of a chart will indicate which way the security will break after a key event such as this inventory report or an earnings report on a stock. As such, aggressive traders might opt to take a starter short on /NG in front of the report while conventional, less aggressive traders might wait for the report to be out of the way & then see if /NG objective long or short entry.
