I didn’t see this earlier & not sure what time frame you were referring to but it looks like there was at least one bear flag on the short-term intraday charts of /NQ since then. Nice spot.

FXE is the Euro ETN, UUP is the US Dollar ETN & UDN is the inverse (1x) short US Dollar ETN. With the Euro comprising well over 1/2 of the US Dollar index, a long on the Euro is essentially a short on the Dollar & vice versa.
