Following the recent breakout above the downtrend line (first chart below from Aug 5th), AVD went on to take out T1 & hit T2, followed by a reaction off that resistance level so far
Keep in mind that AVD was/is an unofficial trade which means the price targets on my charts are the actual resistance levels. On official trades, such as CGA above, I will set the price target slightly below the actual resistance level(s) where a reaction is likely following the initial tag, as sometimes the sellers will step in early if they think too many eyes are targeting the same level. (AVD reversed 8 cents shy of the 15.53 resistance on Aug 7th.
As of now, I don’t like the fact that this pullback wasn’t contained around the 14.57 level which also comes in with the 200-day EMA. I’d also prefer to see more broad-based participation in the ag input sector so for now, I can’t make a strong case for a re-entry or add-on to AVD although the stock does have mild support around 14 which could provide an objective entry with a stop somewhat above (assuming it gets down there). Previous & updated charts below.

A solid break above 14.28 would likely spark a rally up to the 20.90ish & possibly the 27.30ish levels on IPI.

Seems like (relatively) old news with plenty of time for the market to digest/price that in but more so, those delisting notices are somewhat common for low-priced stocks which face delisting if their share price drops & stays below $1.00 for too long. In this case, it looks like the warning was given so they had not yet held an annual meeting over the past year but according to this article from July 14th (below), they plan to do so (or may have already done so.

Knowing how this stock usually trades, it will either follow-thru on this breakout & likely hit T1 and/or T2 very soon (a couple of days to a few weeks, max.) or the breakout will fail. Could stair-step up to T1 and/or T2 longer than that but if you glance the chart, you will see this stock has a history of sharp 60-100% rallies lasting just a week or two, every few months.

I am interested to know about AVD too. Closed my position as I think it’s rolling back down.

Chinese companies, I will stay away as of now. Many of them cannot meet US accounting requirements, and cook up their books, just like Luckin Coffee. If they cannot fix their books by next year, one by one, they will be de-listed. Doesn’t mean it won’t go up, but any new policies by Trump against China might rock those Chinese companies overnight.
