Just to be sure, you would consider a pullback ie. in ACB to the previous support/res level an opportunity for those tho are not onboard yet? Or is it the case that if one is‘nt onboard already then its too late. (Same question goes in general about yout trade ideas). Thanks

Those resistance levels may certainly produce a pullback but I wouldn’t short the post stocks right now as the recent price action has been 110% bullish. Also, consider how much the pot stocks have fallen in recent months coupled with their history of very powerful bullish trends that will quite often redefine the term “overbought” and cut right through some of the early price targets/resistance levels as if they aren’t even there.

Nice one, I agree with your trendlines. Objective long entry for ZYNE to come on a break above the downtrend line with a first target around 7.00 then 7.75 & then 8.70.

Quite possible & even likely as long as the bullish momentum in the cannabis sector holds up. Watch for an impulsive upside break above the flag & if so, the next target around 25.19 & quite possibly that additional target zone around 32.15-33.71 could be hit soon although the 25.19 resistance also comes in with the larger downtrend line so I think the odds for a reaction on the initial tag of those intersecting R levels are high.

The most objective entries or re-entries are either pullbacks to support or breakouts above the earlier targets/resistance levels, especially if the stock has already had at least a minor reaction on the initial tag of that resistance level.

Also, keep in mind that the cannabis sector & many of the stocks within it have only just recently broken out, exhibiting very bullish price action so considering just how much these stocks have fallen in recent months coupled with their history of very powerful rallies in the past, it is quite possible & even likely that many of these stocks will just blow right past some of the earlier resistance levels/targets with little or any pullbacks.

Finally, as long as the stock market continues to rally & we have that “risk-on” trade well intact, that should provide a tailwind for the pots stocks just as a sharp correction in the stock market could provide a headwind for the cannabis sector.

I got burned on TLRY false breakout twice. I took a small short position after looking like it was unable to impulsively stay above resistance today.
