I agree with "hit and run," but I'm not so sure about "late/end stage bullish rally." For instance, most of the Cathy Wood ARKK stocks topped out in very early 2021 and have been in bear markets ever since, most of them declining 85% or more from their highs. How much longer than 2.5 years and 85% down do you expect? "Late stage bull market?" For stocks like these, from a novice like myself, it looks more like "late stage BEAR market" or "early stage BULL market" to me.

Common trait of late/end stage bullish rally, especially a bear market rally where you get a "dash for trash" with the risk-on/no-fear trade in full swing & traders scooping up the beat down junk stocks with crap fundamentals. Yes, the short covering is real but as soon as the music stops playing, those without a chair get left holding the bag as those junk stocks fall as fast or faster than they rose.

Nothing wrong with playing that trade as long as the music is playing. I mentioned the bottom tier of the $NDX as ripe for rallies if the Q's continue to hold up for a little longer. Stocks like LCID, RIVN, SIRI, ZM, ZS, WBA, etc.. BYND definitely falls into the category of oversold crap stocks that appear ripe for a bear market rally/short squeeze.Best to hit & run while not getting married to these as there is a reason that most are just off 52-week or multi-year lows.

No no no...kiss of death. Bad mojo to high-five a winning trade until it's closed out for a profit. Big gains on high-flyers like this can evaporate faster than you can blink. Looks good at least up to that first target zone (intersecting downtrend line & 15.27-16.60ish price resistance zone) but raising stops to at least today's lows (the downtrend/initial entry), if not higher, maybe one's average cost if a 2nd lot was added today, seems prudent at this time.T1 should be hit soon as the shorts continue to get squeezed but no guarantees. G-luck

As the bull market begins to spread out across all stocks and sectors, perhaps there could be more short squeezes like these. Big Lots (BIG) is another one that got squeezed up over 50% from last Friday into this week.
