Negative divergences all the way from the short-term (15m, 60m, etc..) out to the daily time frames on the major stock indices & market-leading tech stocks, semis, etc.. coupled with overbought conditions & a recent surge in bullish sentiment and the proximity to key support levels (price and/or trendline). If/when the major of those support levels break (SPY, QQQ, & top 6 components of QQQ), that should be the catalyst for a correction back to at least that 60m uptrend line on QQQ I’ve been targeting recently which should correlate to about a 6.5% drop from current levels.
