OK…. wrong so he’s again and worse yet this time the weekending posted headline was wrong so I took my short off only to discover later when I watched the video there was in fact no bullish engulfing candle (in direction contradiction to the prior posted headline) on the QQQ…. To quote a line from the big short….. “I want my $$$ back…. give me my $$$ back!” Do not waste you time or money here.

Hello Randy,
Enjoy your videos and respect your expertise ans a technician. I am watching both your VIX videos and others, I have seen the good things that happen to stocks to the long side after an upward spike such as the one we have just watched. I would like your input on the following.
Would the risk/ reward of entering a position long on either of these be favorable at this time. This is based on historical data showing 10 similar spikes that have occurred over the last 25-30 years.
Time horizon is min 6-12 months min with full recognition that the market could drop from here.

~25% plunge in the $VIX from its peak shortly after 3 pm which coincides with the 2nd successful test of the /ES 2900 support today. That meshes with my earlier comments on how the VIX often drops like a rock once the market bounces when the VIX is at extreme levels.
