I most certainly can't rule out a breakout above that trading range/$200ish level on IWM but as I said, in the video, the fact that the RSI is already above 70 (overbought), coupled with the track record of corrections following the previous 70+ readings, indicates that should IWM break out, any upside would likely be limited before a pullback or consolidation & the odds for a false/failed breakout would be decent as well. Max. likely upside target before a decent reaction, should IWM breakout, would be that yellow resistance level I have on my chart around 208.50 (about 4% above).

Randy,

Enjoyed yesterdays video that highlighted a lot on IWM. I’ve been watching it lately. IWM seems to be hesitating at the top of the 2 year trading range….for the 4th time. Interest rates may determine if this is a consolidation and we rip through, or we head down again. Thanks for your thoughts and insight.
