$VIX still holding above the recent divergent low on the daily time frame after reversing off the 18.80ish resistance level recently. Should run if/when it can punch through 19 with conviction. If $SPX and/or $NDX go on to make a marginal new high anytime soon, that would most likely bring the $VIX down to the 11.50ish level which is long-term support on the weekly. That’s still my alternative/less-likely scenario but one that I can’t rule out just yet. Here’s my daily chart.
