Hi Randy, Just wondering what your thoughts are on AAPL today? I had an alert at $190 as a possible sell signal but am wondering if it is too early to get into this trade? thanks Keith

Brilliant! Thanks for the info, Randy. It's a work-provided phone and there's a reasonable chance that I'm feeling the pain of the previous owner's negligence since they just recycle the SIM thus I have that person's number. Been using WhatsApp for the bulk of my comms, after a while I just get freaking sick of getting Robocalls from EOS Canada and a few other ones. Yep, the CRTC here doesn't do a thing to enforce it either so it seems.

I'll look into Google Voice. Really appreciate the info.

BTW- Google Voice also has a spam filter option for calls, voicemail & texts which seems to work very well. Not sure if it is turned on by default but found in the app's settings.

I'm also registered with the Federal DNC list with is completely useless as the gov't does squat to enforce it. Not sure if it is an Andriod thing or a Samsung thing (or maybe the Xfinity mobile carrier which runs on the Verizon network) but I have a Galaxy S9 & it has a feature that will identify a call as likely spam on the caller id as well as options to report it as various types of spam (telemarketer and others) if you select the "Block number" option. Seems to have cut down on the telemarketing calls since those options were rolled out.

Another thing I do to cut down on the telemarkets getting a hold of my cell # is to use a backup cell # when giving it out to any companies or websites/online purchases that require it.

The Google Voice app lets you choose a free phone # which you can text & call from just like your main cell number... all from your same phone(s). I only give my cell out to friends, family & those I know won't sell it or spam me & use the Google Voice # for everything else. It also has it's own voicemail. It's like having a second phone but without having to carry another phone around.

At this point in the juncture I would take a phone with the ability to effectively and consistently block robocalls. Seriously, I don't get many calls as I'm a loner but receive anywhere between 5-7 robocalls per day and despite blocking them (registered to the national DNCL) they still get through with the same blocked numbers.

Yes, fundamental analysis isn't a thing. I mean I guess there's merit to that, the economic news has been about as bad as it can be but the market keeps hanging in there. In any sort of a real price discovery environment we would have already melted down. However, we're in the decade of speculative nonsense where every 20-30 year financial adviser I talk to simply wants to retire because literally nothing makes sense.
