GTK but I trade off the charts, not the news headlines as by the time you’ve read about it online or in the paper, (whatever it is) has likely been partially or fully priced in already. Plus, I would just stop after reading: “China said that..”

My max upside target on GLD would be around $450 & max current max target on /GC is around 4921 so about a 24% max. rally off the recent lows in both. Of course, /GC is leveraged like all futures contracts. Plus, you’ll also get more bang for your buck trading GDX & likely SLV (silver ETF) vs. gold, if my call for a rally proves correct.
