Yes, coffee is in a downtrend. This is a potential bottoming play as coffee futures have fallen to a very significant long-term support level around 1.00 with bullish developments on the 60-minute chart. Coffee may or may not want to pound out a bottom around this level before rallying or it may end up making an impulsive break of this key support but the R/R seems favorable & the charts appear to confirm this counter-trend trade.
