So far, they bought up 100% of that AH dip & then some so not necessarily. We still need to see last night’s low of 8768 get taken out to open the door to more selling but I will say that you have to take the AH & pre-market trades with a grain of salt. Let’s see how the market acts once all the players step onto the field at 9:30 today as basically, we just had a pullback with a successful defense of support last night & have yet to break below either that QQQ 211.42 or the price channel on AAPL in the regular trading session.

There were no reports emerging about casualties or further escalations, so buyers saw an opening to reverse the trend, with the belief that cool heads prevail and both the US and Iran can now ratchet things down. I expect the futures will remain in a holding pattern now until morning when Trump makes a statement and the market can reassess.

I own many of the long trade idea stocks, which will open negative tomorrow. Is is best to take profits upon market open to prevent further losses or leave them up for a possible further decline with the anticipation of a bounce later in the day or week?
